Most station issues can be solved quickly by checking your credentials and server status.
1. Connection Errors
- Check Credentials: Ensure your Source Username and Password in DJ -> Encoders are entered exactly.
- Server Status: Confirm your sidebar shows "Online." If not, click Restart.
- Firewall: Ensure your office or home network isn't blocking the streaming port.
2. Audio Not Playing
- Metadata: If "Now Playing" is empty, no audio is reaching the server.
- AutoDJ: Confirm AutoDJ is enabled if you are not streaming live.
- Format: Use standard MP3 or AAC formats for the best compatibility.
