Learn how to connect your broadcasting software (Mixxx, BUTT, SAM) to CastHost for live streaming.
1. Get Credentials
Copy your Source Username, Password, and Port from the Station Details panel on your dashboard.
2. Configure Software
In your encoder software, set the server type to **Icecast v2** and enter the credentials you just copied.
3. Test Connection
Start your encoder and verify that the "Now Playing" metadata updates on your dashboard.
