  • Please be advised on March 6th at 12:00 AM CT there is planned maintenance on the network in the Chicago datacenter. Maintenance is expected to last 2 hours. During this time there may be minor packet loss and increased latency while traffic is re-routed.

Emergency Maintenance (Resolved)

  • Please be advised that we will be performing maintenance on the gig2 server, at 9PM CST tonight, February 12th 2015. We expect the maintenance to be concluded within four hours, by 01:00am CST, February 13th 2015. During this maintenance window we will be pausing servers on the gig2 server for up to three hours, during which time they will be unavailable. Sorry for such short notice as we get through this emergency upgrade. This only affects servers on the gig2.casthost.net server.

  • Please be advised that one of our network providers, Nlayer, will be performing maintenance on one of their core nodes in Chicago. The maintenance will begin Wednesday evening at 10.00pm CDT, October 1st 2014, and is expected to be completed by Thursday morning 9.00am CDTOctober 2nd.

    During this maintenance customers may experience a short period of minor packetloss while traffic is rerouted and again upon completion when the regular routes are restored.  A
